“I had a cistern that constantly had water running into the toilet bowl due to a faulty flushing valve. Matt came to look at what was required and then ordered the part. Whilst we were waiting for it to be delivered and fitted, a further problem with the toilet occurred which required someone at short notice. Matt wasn't available so Liam came, looked at the problem, and sorted it all out very promptly.”
